FAQs and Expectations

How to Get Started as a business

  1. You register with the plan that fits your needs.
  2. You can start dropping your LABELED packages off.

How it works as a business owner

  1. You will sign in when you arrive and write down the number of packages you are dropping off.
  2. A representative will take your packages and place them on the shelf or in the basket depending on size.
  3. You will be notified by email and text message that your customer picked up their order.

How it works when you pick up a package

  1. You sign in when you arrive and write down the number of packages you are picking up and from what business.
  2. A representative will go get your packages and you and the representative sign off that you received them.
  3. The business will be notified by email and text message that you picked up your order.

How it works for retail only

  1. You will submit your items online with a picture and pricing.
  2. You will be paid immediately once the customer has picked up or I have shipped out any items sold.
  3. You will be notified what sold, how much of it sold and your take home pay.
You can sell online and not bring anything into the store all the time but those items will take a 10% commission. 
 
 

Expectations

  1. All clothing needs to ironed and on black hangers. 
  2. All products must have a label with the price. 
  3. You must bring proper sized bags or you will be fined 10% per sale.
  4. You have to upload your product before you bring them into the shop. 
  5. Product photos need to be clear, bright and true to color and size. 
  6. All blankets or textiles need to be folded and wrapped and labled.
  7. We do not take conterfite murchandise.
  8. All vendors need to post and share that they have products at The Livable Forest shop upon registration. 

All products will be reviewed on the shop and if standards are not met your prodcut will be rejected.

Fail to meet expectations your membership will be cancelled. You will have 1 business days to pick up your items during business hours.
